i have a severe problems with my gum..and hair too..

everytime i brush my teeth,my gum keeps bleeding..

and everytime i shampoo my hair,i'll have a serious hair-fall..

is there anything wrong with me?

urgh,my hair gets thinner day by day..and thats is sooo sickening!
